Card draws and saved readings

The random selection and interpretation lookup run in your browser. There is no account and no server-side reading history. Choosing Save reading stores card identifiers, directions, spread type and the save date in local storage on this device. Up to 20 readings are retained; new saves replace the oldest once the limit is reached.

You can delete individual readings through Saved readings or remove all site data in your browser settings. Storage may not persist in private browsing or when your browser clears site data.

Shared links

A spread is encoded in the part of its URL after the # symbol. It contains only card identifiers, directions, a spread type and a format version. Anyone you give the link to can view that spread. This URL fragment is not included in the HTTP request to the web host, although browser extensions or a service where you paste the link may be able to read it.

Website requests

Loading the site and its card images makes ordinary requests to the hosting provider. Those requests may include an IP address, user agent and requested asset path for delivery and security. Fonts and card images are served with this site rather than embedded from third-party font or image services.

Contact messages

The contact page displays an email address and does not collect or submit messages through a website form. If you email us, your email provider and our mailbox provider process the message, address and normal email metadata. We use it to respond to your request.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal details. To request removal of a message you sent, contact contact@tarotcardgen.com from the same address, with enough information to identify it. We may need to retain material necessary to handle an unresolved request or comply with applicable obligations.

Analytics, cookies and advertising

This version does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Local storage is used for saved readings, not an advertising profile. If analytics or advertising is introduced, this policy and any necessary consent controls will be updated before activation.

Artwork credits and reference links lead to independent sites with their own privacy practices. This site does not control those services.
