Purpose of the tool
Tarot Card Gen is offered for reflection, learning and entertainment. Its random cards and written meanings do not establish facts about the future or another person. They are not professional advice and should not be the sole basis for a consequential decision.
Free features and availability
The current drawing tool, basic meanings, local saves and spread links are free to use without an account. Features may change as the project develops. We do not promise that the website will always be available or that browser-stored readings will persist indefinitely.
Your use of the site
Use the tool and contact channel respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit spam or use the contact channel to send material you do not have a right to share. You remain responsible for what you choose to do with a reading.
Saved and shared readings
Saved readings are held in your browser, not an account. You can keep a separate copy of a spread link, but anyone with that link can open it. Clearing local site data removes saved readings. See the privacy policy for details.
Content and artwork
The historical Pamela Colman Smith card illustrations used here have individual public-domain source records linked from the card meanings directory. Public-domain status of those files does not imply permission to copy unrelated modern deck designs or publisher materials.
The website’s original explanations and interface are separate from the historical artwork. You may share links to the site and to your spreads. For questions about reusing the original written content, contact the project.
Corrections and changes
Interpretive traditions differ, and the explanations may be revised. Please send specific corrections or source suggestions so they can be considered. We do not imply an affiliation with the external sources linked from this site.
